Elaboration of a development and transport program for the metropolitan pole of the Bourget

Christian de Portzamparc, Roland Castro and Jean-Marie Duthilleul (AREP) have been commissioned by the Community of town of the Bourget Airport, associated in Blanc Mesnil, to define orientations of development on the territory of the concerned cities. Jean-Marie Duthilleul and his teams are more particularly in charge of the study of the mobilities where the current Regional Express Network station plays a key role: it will constitute the main multimodal hub of this vast territory served in 2014 by the future streetcar-train of the Tangentielle Nord, by the possible continuation of the Subway Line 7, by several bus lanes of TC, then forward by the Big Subway. It can shelter among others businesses, services, gardens and recreational facilities and inaugurates a new model of hub subway for the Big Paris.
