Rhin-Rhône high-speed rail line opened
Besançon Franche-Comté TGV and Belfort Montbéliard TGV, two new stations designed by architect and engineer Jean-Marie Duthilleul and the AREP design office, were the setting for the opening of the new Rhin-Rhône high-speed rail line by French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and for the celebration of 30 years of high-speed TGV trains in France.
