New town planned in Saudi Arabia
In conjunction with Saudi group ABIAT, the COTEBA, SOGREAH, DETENTE and AREP companies have signed a contract to design a new town close to the city of Dammam. The new town will be laid out along the shores of Half Moon Bay on the Persian Gulf, and will be required to offer a balanced, sustainable, tourism-friendly environment.
